This is my piece for 'Streets of Beige Big Ass Monster Show' I went with the mighty Rancor from 'Return of the Jedi', this was the first actual movie monster i ever saw. I was blown away by it as a kid, so it made sense to use this for my submission. View the other artist work here
This was done for work as part of a group exhibit for our new office. I ended up drawing most of this while holding my new born (which explains some of the ropey angles). It is always fun being more hands on and not be so reliant on a computer.
Yep Game of Thrones series four is upon us. I was asked by Bottleneck Gallery to make a piece for their 'Winter is Here' show. Due to a growing number of family members I missed the deadline, but i still finished it just to see how it would have turned out.
This is my submission for Blurppy's Poster Posse Project 6, X-MEN Days of Future Past. As much as i love the design of the original sentinels in the comics i grew up with, I think there is something very cool yet menacing about the redesign. With that in mind i wanted to show the possible dystopian future that awaits all if track wins.
This is my recent creation. 'Cthulhu the Destroyer' it started out life as one of Ubisoft's DIY art toys 'Eerz'. This is part of an office initiative at Red Central (my place of work). I had hundreds of ideas of what i could make using the blank rabbit and i settled on the idea of HP Lovecraft's 'Cthulhu'. This was the first time i used milliput to sculpt the features, and this project took four evenings from start to finish.
